TINCA Clients
TINCA Clients are used for working on documents and acts in a document management system (DMS).
TINCA Enterprise
TINCA Enterprise is Windows program with numerous integrated DMS client functions. Among other things, out-of-the-box the following DMS functions are included in TINCA Enterprise:
- Scanning and importing of documents
- production of documents with any contents
- input of a searching index
- process acts with new and archived documents
- multistage work routines with documents and acts
- individual tracing of documents and acts
- attaching of remarks and marks on pages
- archiving documents individually or as a batch
- inquiry using a searching index or optionally full text
- Structuralisation of searching results
- treatment of documents
- printing, saving, exporting and mailing of documents
- full screen viewing for document sides
- side comparison in the full screen mode up to 12 sides at the same time

TINCA Viewer
The TINCA Viewer is a pure DMS viewing client. It can easily be integrated by different methods into leading application where beside viewing of archived documents no generating or working on DMS functions are needed. The TINCA Viewer also guarantees at any time the controlled access to documents and data. Out-of-the-box the following DMS functions are included in TINCA Viewer:
- Integration in leading applications
- Call about various methods
- viewing of more than one document in a Viewer
- viewing of the document index
- printing, saving, exporting and mailing of documents
- full screen viewing for document sides
- side comparison in the full screen mode up to 12 sides at the same time
- integrated user and groups rights on archives and functions
